I don't personally use an app. I structure my workouts around bench press, squats, and deadlifts and then throw in accessory work to hit other things. I don't know of any apps, I just follow some old school bodybuilding principles and work around that 3-4 times a week. Full body every other day. No cardio.For the gym folks, what apps do y’all use to figure out routines? Gonna start going again, and I don’t wanna feel like I don’t know what I’m doing which was what discouraged me from going before. Don’t wanna feel like I’m fukkin around and barely sweating.

I don't set out to do it, but with good weather, I hit the courts or skateboard a few hours weekly. I also pace my workouts where there is little time to rest, so I gets it in. I'm holding off on cardio till February. Gotta make these gains.
As long as you atleast put in some effort into it . I see way to many dudes old and young who just refuse to do any cardio. My legs are my best attribute. 25inches legs, 17.5 inch calves. 15 inch arms flexedI'm trying to grow everything, but especially arms, back, and chest.
