For the gym folks, what apps do y’all use to figure out routines? Gonna start going again, and I don’t wanna feel like I don’t know what I’m doing which was what discouraged me from going before. Don’t wanna feel like I’m fukkin around and barely sweating.

I don't personally use an app. I structure my workouts around bench press, squats, and deadlifts and then throw in accessory work to hit other things. I don't know of any apps, I just follow some old school bodybuilding principles and work around that 3-4 times a week. Full body every other day. No cardio.

I don't set out to do it, but with good weather, I hit the courts or skateboard a few hours weekly. I also pace my workouts where there is little time to rest, so I gets it in. I'm holding off on cardio till February. Gotta make these gains.

:francis:My legs are my best attribute. 25inches legs, 17.5 inch calves. 15 inch arms flexed:huhldup:I'm trying to grow everything, but especially arms, back, and chest. I can count sitting on the toilet daily as squats and my legs grow. Everything else takes effort.
I never fukking train abs however so I need to stop playing and do that too. I squat every single session though(Just incorporated front squats 2 months ago:ohlawd:) so I command them mawfukkas to grow:ufdup:

He’s in Asia for another tour but just posted on his IG story...he’s tired of nikkas bootlegging his shyt so he said after tape 100 he’s done with Bandcamp :snoop:

Hopefully he’ll still make albums, collab w/ Paak and do shows, etc.

Can’t blame him tbh :francis:

Sad because bandcamp is one of the better sites
