I think I have a serious problem with this, the simplest of task become huge task in my mind. And huge task become the simplest. Procrastination does me in badly. No telling what I'd be on or where I'd be if I could over come this completely.

Go to the library and search for books on this kind of subject. They may give you some pointers on how to overcome what you're feeling. If you don't exercise regularly, start doing it everyday. Commit to at least 10 minutes per day and you can move up from there. The best part is that you recognize you have an issue or you realize it's not working. Now you just have to make the effort to do things differently. It's not easy but nothing worth having is. You'll be fine.
my female cousin told my little sister that she's thinking about calling it quits with her marriage after a year and a half. I knew it wouldn't last because my cousin doesn't know how to be a wife. She was still acting like a single lady after she got married, takin multiple trips per month with her homegirls, happy hours after work, barely was ever home. Marriage means absolutely nothing to people anymore it seems. Its just like "the next step" people feel like that are suppose to take even though they clearly aren't ready or they shouldn't with the person they are with.
