Sometimes movies need to be left alone instead of constantly trying to remake them.

I remember when that new Grinch movie came out back in December and that shyt got mad bad reviews & I heard it was kiddish garbage compared to the OG while low-key making the Jim Carry Grinch movie seem like a classic.

Rotten tomatoes is split between two groups... professional movie critics & fans rating the movies based on their own liking.


Sometimes the fans ratings are higher than the professional critics depending on the movie.

There was no way this was going to work. The Lion King is probably Disney's best animated film (top 3 at worst). Ni remake was going to properly do that movie justice especially with CGI lions and voice acting which just seemed forced. So far the only respectable remakes have been Alladin and the Jungle book.
