GREAT breakdown of things and Probably the best iv seen yet, especially about the dreams and the ending/Ellie’s decision to go after Abby, like I’v said before, to say you don’t like this story, or it’s direction is understandable, but to say it’s writing is shyt is crazy to me, from someone who didn’t complete like the ending and always thought it would be better for Ellie to kill Abby...this guy makes a lot of sense on why it’s better she didn’t
they did need to go there for shelter tho? that herd? In that blizzard? Lol
and yeah they knew where Tommy was at, knew that was Joel’s brother, and ran into two dudes called Tommy & Joel, I don’t think it’s as crazy as people say

Man it’s probably been said but if ND gives the ppl some type of Tommy /Joel prequel DLC or even 20 hours DLC of a day or 2 with them on watch with this gameplay engine I think all will be forgiven with the story
Started playing again today the detail and mechanics are amazing still getting the early jump scares even tho I’ve played it

I think we are definitely going to get DLC on PS5. They are saying there is no plans to do any but there is too much money to be made not to. I don’t want any DLC with Tommy though. I’ve seen Seattle through the eyes of two characters, and don’t need to see it through a third. I literally know everything that happened with Tommy.
I want to see the boat ride after the ending and the eventual meetup with the fireflies and then another time skip. They need to do damage control unfortunately because of all people bytching.

Yeah I think any DLC with Joel and a solid 10-20 hours would fix all of this whining and crying. Agree I’m good in Seattle but would love to see some type of story with Joel as the main person you play with, would even like that time when he lost his daughter before you find him working with Tess.
ND has to fix the problem somehow and I doubt waiting 5+ years for another taste is gonna help either

I didn’t played nor did I watch any walk-throughs of Destiny 2 .... I have absolutely positively no knowledge nor know anything regarding that game
I played TLOU and I watched the complete walk-through of TLOU2

I think a Joel DLC would make a lot of the dislikers forgive them, they could do a parallel timeline thing with Joel & Tommy the same way they did with Past/Present Ellie in Left Behind
swap it between Joel & Tommy Pre Fireflies, and Joel & Tommy on that Jackson Run
Edit: If they really wanted to make them happy, weave in an overarching theme of them being very distrustful to strangers in the past but have them talking about how they have been able to let their guard down and be more trustful over the last couple of years in the present

small bodies of water in the streets is honestly a fair point : but let’s not act like a dirtbike can’t go over a limited amount of water as well .... a horse can probably do a little bit more, but not that significant ......

Somehow this one feels more geared toward shytting on all the bad writing and janky narrative instead of the gameplay
It will be such a shame that this game wins GOTY because Cyberpunk had to move to a November release
