If he's attempting to "counter" (his words) certain arguments. Why don't he just debate someone who understood, and enjoyed the game.

An Angry Joe vs Neil Druckmann debate would ruin Joe's whole shyt. Neil should be the one to give him smoke.

After sitting with it for a while I can make some claims now.



Gameplay/Graphics: 10/10

This game is a 10/10 on this standpoint, with all the ways you can strategize against enemies and pick people off one by one, traversal & upgrades etc., Seattle looks true to form and I loved the rain and ever changing weather and environments you can use to your advantage, I loved that they intensified the horror aspect of the game, I don't think anyone is gonna argue against any of this


Story/Plot: 6/10

The game is a 6/10 based on this. I get the direction they were going with the "revenge is bad" narrative but it was poorly executed and suffered from terrible pacing. The moment in Ellie's story where you encounter Abby the first time at the climax of the game, they stupidly ruin it by reverting back to Day 1 in Abby's story which completely takes you out the moment and forces you to play as Abby for 10 hrs just to get back to that spot just for Ellie to get her ass beat.

They could have at least had you play up to this moment with Abby and Ellie's days in a more simultaneous sequence if they were going the 50% Ellie and 50% Abby route like they did. Truthfully it should have been 100% Ellie and brief cutscenes for Abby to build her as the antagonist. Also would have loved for Ellie and Abby to have had an actual dialogue at the end about how fighting each other is pointless and costed them both so much but nah Ellie was just like "Take him" and Abby just dipped


Characters: 9/10

Great dialogue and supporting characters as usual from ND, Although I personally didn't care for Abby they did a great job with developing her character throughout the game, her comrades Manny, Owen, Mel, Nora to name a few were decent and had some really good chemistry with each other, would have liked to have seen more that Issac dude considering how much they spoke of him in the game, Lev and Yara although I felt they were too involved were decent but unnecessary characters that I feel sidetracked the story too much. Dina and Jesse were cool additions too.


Overall I would say the game is about 8 to and 8.5 out of 10, it's an amazing game that is flawed story and pacing wise which could have made for a better ending, the first game is a 10/10 to me personally and in my top 5 all time so that's how highly I regard it

Don't think this long ass post will be any better but, here goes nothing

Pretty much doubled down on what he said in his previous review.


-Towards the middle he name good thing about the game. And you can just tell he can't wait to get back to bashing it. Again, he shouts out the failures of the game (which is either his opinions or his subscribers opinions), and whispers the games accomplishments (the good)

-I'm paraphrasing but Joe's friend said they should've had Tommy say Joel's name by mistake during the Horde. Something like "Joel look out behind you"

-They continue to tout "Bad writing"

-He asked why did Tommy go after Abby without Ellie. When Ellie already told him she was going with or without him.

-Joe says the gameplay wasn't as good as his two friends are making it out to be. Claims it's combat is just above average, and not innovative

-Tried to justify giving the game a six by saying in there rating system a 5 is average. Then later Joe starts giving details on each deducted point. Then he says it's really a 5. [I don't know about ya'll but a 5/10 is mediocre, not average]

-Joe claimed he can show another hour and twenty minutes worth of footage of characters being save by plot armor or some shyt.

-They joked (i hope they were joking) the flashbacks were the most memorable thing in the gameplayThe big guy said the Rattler was memorable. They seemed to kind of struggle to think of memorable moments. Joe and little Joe are some clowns for real [Funny, if you ask me this question i can name 10, possibly more right off the back in like 2 minutes. For example, i think they hated the Abby vs Ellie in the theatre bit. Nikka what??? That part was fukking awesome and 100% memorable ]

-Joe didn't say TLOU2 is Game of Thrones season 8, but he kind of did

-Attempted to counter us who said Mel didn't know they would get ambushed.

-Said Dina should have helped Ellie through her PTSD...[HOW?]

-Lack of enemy types

-WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO NAME POSITIVES HE DIDN'T BRING UP IN THE REVIEW....HE BRINGS UP ACCESSIBILITY...

-Said the game isn't too long, it's just boring at times.

- Said part 1 had better characters

-Said the characters from part 1 no longer act like themselves.

Joel dying isn't people's problem. At least I don't think so.

They even went to show you they had a farm with vegetation and livestock.
You can have your gripes with the story but this type of shyt is so melodramatic for nothing.

Abby lives in the fukking Seattle Seahawks stadium where she had unlimited access to their training facility. Inside her and Manny’s suite she has weights right next to her bed. Not to mention the WLF raised their own cows in the stadium.

Imagine if Joel, Ellie, Dina, Jessie etc would of all been a part of Salt Lake Crew\WLF. Make Jackson an outpost hub or something. Nikkas would've been even more unfukwittable. All the hittas on the same team Young Lev, and Lil' Yara recruiting other Seraphites like an out of state university.My nikka Trigga Tommy Sniping opps like that scene from Dawn of the Dead (2004) Abby playing Mike Tyson Punchout with clickers heads and shyt
