It’s regional I guess, we’re sitting price drops in KC

It’s fall going into winter the prices always drop then especially if they’ve sat, interest rates have also increased which makes financing more difficult and can lead to price cuts, and any corrections will be market specific

The company reported a backlog of over 7,600 homes valued about $3.7 billion, a 27% drop in units and a 25% drop in value compared to the same quarter last year.

In the fourth quarter, the company's net orders totaled 692 home, down 80% from 3,529 in the same quarter last year. Gross orders for the company fell 47% during the quarter, and cancellation rates as a percentage of gross orders totaled 68% compared to 13% a year ago.

Shyt got horrible in KC. Within about a month everything got bought up on my watchlist. No inventory and high prices. I thought things were going to get better too :francis:

The house across from mine is a 2/1 and just sold for that.

Pompano/North Broward/South PB area (excluding Boca of course)
My sister's in Davie and her spot is currently around 600k
Dade is out of the question. These Cuban a$$holes want half a mil for a dump in Hialeah so imagine what the rest of Miami goes for
South Broward is hit and miss. I like Hollywood/Pembroke/Miramar but them shyts going to the moon now
