Cherry Hill area. And yeah man we were looking for 5 months before we got something

Dayum man. We are on the other side of the river in the Philly metro and we were looking at NJ for my wife's job but those taxes hurt in addition to home prices. It's all nuts everywhere--Jersey, Bucks, Montgomery, etc. We were looking at Willingboro, Mt. Laurel, & Cherry Hill though I heard good things about Sicklerville too.

I actually started my search in Philly cause that's where I was living but ultimately the prices in our budget were clear fixer uppers and I just thought it was too much. I hear you on taxes but FWIW I really do feel like I am getting amenities I wouldn't have dreamed of getting in Philly and I don't have kids yet but apparently the public schools are excellent around here.

I've heard good things about sicklerville too but if you're looking all the way out there I'd suggest checking out Marlton or Vorhees.

Best of luck breh
