Smaller house down the street from me just sold for about 100k over what I paid for mine in May 2022. Doesn't seem to be slowing down. South Jersey for reference.

Rent decrease over 300 dollars in most places in Las Vegas metro.

The single family homes here are a little more bullish, but without the next 4 months the bottom is going to fall out. We are going to have crazy inventory here soon

You decreased the rent on an existing lease or on a new lease because you couldn't get what you wanted?


It's not my market but from what I'd read over the years it was always oversaturated with a lot of cheap construction with a transient population. Nice recipe for a disaster

Pompano/North Broward/South PB area (excluding Boca of course)
My sister's in Davie and her spot is currently around 600k
Dade is out of the question. These Cuban a$$holes want half a mil for a dump in Hialeah so imagine what the rest of Miami goes for
South Broward is hit and miss. I like Hollywood/Pembroke/Miramar but them shyts going to the moon now

The worst are the realtors in cahoots trying to pass off a remodeled home (nice open kitchen, quartz countertops, laminate floors, all that pretty shyt)
Then you get a home inspection and it's leaks, faulty plumbing, the illegal efficiency fukkin up the electricity, mold, water damage, and all kinds of critters
