forgot to take pic of first thing in the morning weigh in.

I was 174.8 upon waking up.
...this pic is midday after eating and a workout (the phone adds .6 pounds).

im 6'1
Not sure how much more weight I need to lose...im really close, so maybe like 5lbs.

Im going to Vegas for a couple days on Thursday, so hopefully I dont go off the rails.

My scale is fukked. Its reading in the 180 range, but Im pretty sure Im in the 225 +/- range right now.

Today I finished 2 weeks of keto. I think I may have went a little over earlier this week, cuz I grabbed the wrong drink. I know I went over Sat. Had some Battered Chicken Tenders and a few more M&M's than I needed. I tried to make up for it today, by only having 1 meal.

Had a pretty decent workout today too. Paired Squats n Chin Ups for a few Rds. Didn't go heavy volume, but I did get 275 on the Squat.

Then I paired the BP and Hammer Strength Iso Rows. Again, I didn't go heavy volume, but I did get 255 on the BP. Shoulder still isn't fully healed, but I feel like its getting there. I can Bench w/o much of a problem, but 5 reps w/ the Bar on the OHP is painful AF!

Both of those numbers are 2019 PR. Gotta get my mechanics back right to do my heavy Squats again. Im very surprised to be hitting 255 on the BP right now, coming off a year off, and a shoulder injury.

Got Meals Prep for the next 2 days to continue Keto. Im just gonna keep pushing Keto, till I cant anymore. Ice Cream, Reeses, and Pizza been calling me!

The bet I have going on at work is about to start its 7th week. Im down about 30 Pounds. I have def added some muscle to my Tris, Traps, Legs and Back.

I cant wait to get back into the low 2-teens.

I’m in but will miss the first two weeks, I’m on REAL vacay from the 6th-17th (ie living on a boat so not even hotel room workouts lol - gonna try to stay on track through moderating my eating tho)



I’ll also be living up to being a petty woman by posting lbs +/- and not weight :rudy: :russ:

Currently 5'9 185.

SW: 185

GW 170-165. by september 2nd.

Def possible but I have to get my diet in check and find a workout I actually enjoy doing.
