I’m in but will miss the first two weeks, I’m on REAL vacay from the 6th-17th (ie living on a boat so not even hotel room workouts lol - gonna try to stay on track through moderating my eating tho)
I’ll also be living up to being a petty woman by posting lbs +/- and not weight
?We could just do an index of say 100 as a base.
I’m open to what generally works for everyone. I think the thread/forums is a little safer space than other places so a woman’s weight wouldn’t be a big deal but people lurk so.......Sorry, forgot to finish my thought.
For those who may not want to divulge actual numbers, you could use 100 as a base index. Lose 2 pounds, then 98. Gain 3 afterwards, 101 etc. Just a thought.
I’m gonna use the next 3 days as an excuse to bulk than we going hardcore on 6/9
Diet starts Sunday
