Avondale Estates isn't bad. I know a man who bought a condo over there for 35k 10 years ago now it's worth 150k.

Saying Avondale Estates isnt bad is a understatement. Its right next to Marta, crime is super low and its right next to downtown Decatur. Even those little ass ranch houses in Avondale Estates are 275k+ and up
Yeah even though Avondale high was a sh*t hole when it was open, Avondale estates was always nice as hell since its right next to City of Decatur
It'll be 15 mins from Lithonia to the city on a Wednesday morning at 3AM. lol
On a regular workday be ready to sit in some traffic
First time I ever skipped school was to go over to Avondale High. My homie used to go there so we drove over there in my mama minivan and picked his girl and her friend up
They used to have some good girls basketball teams. SWD still the GOAT tho, 5 titles

them racist ass police out there used to pull me over whenever they saw my Clayton tag an they would always be 4 deep. talking about they received calls for a specious car. If I was savy with the law back then like I am now, I could have sued them and got a check for discrimination.

I'm in Fair Oaks (Smyrna-Marieta) and the hispanic chicks are deep.
