And speaking of Mexicans...I wanna know do y'all brehs notice some of these Mexican chicks in the metro the last few years? My cousin just got a spot out in Marietta and just being out there with her recently getting her str8, I've been seeing some really thick and actually well built Mexican chicks. I was in that Sams on Cobb Pkwy by the big chicken and it was thick Latinas everywhere, slim thick to thick thick. I even asked a random breh who worked there if that was like an outlier or was these chicks really built like that. Breh laughed and was like yeah, dude said him and his people go to the Mexican bar all the time out that way. Then breh was like Sophia Castello the porn chick is actually from Marietta, she flex likes she's from LA but she's Cobb County thru and thru. I was like
Maybe it's just me but recently I've seen some very sexy little Chicano chicks. Not on that on body made bad shyt, but built like sisters. I know I see these young brehs going at them Latinas all the time. But again, maybe it's just me

Breh this been an affordable housing complex for years..fukk I look like paying that much..
Centennial Place prices were the same..Im not paying over 1000 to stay in the old Techwood kiss my ass

You better off stacking like 5k for closing cost and just buying a condo on the west side using one of the numerous down payment programs the city and state offers.

No sense in dropping 1k on rent when people are paying less than 1k for a mortgage literally down the street.

This is assuming you actually plan on being in ATL for a few years and can handle potential maintenance cost.

I personally would never live anywhere thats more than a mile from a MARTA station. Lol Lithonia is more like 30 min from the city, maybe 15-20 from East Atlanta, and even then i'd say thats more so decatur/Wesley chapel than lithonia.

I've driven from Conyers to Atlanta and it took under 30 min.going on 20 west. Lithonia has to be a little under that.

Man go to Smryna thats probably the best area in the metro for Apartments due to its location and the businesses in the area. Easy access to 285 and 75 too. Unless everything you do is on the eastside of town.
