it couldnt have been anyone else he had all the memories
the seasons too fukking long though they need to dial it back 5 or 6 episodes

No, it's pretty clear that Savitar is a future version of Earth-1 Barry. If he was from another Earth he wouldn't have current Barry's memories.

So based on previous episodes Savitar is a symbiote like Venom & needs a host body to keep him tethered to Earth1 and prevent him from being pulled back into the Speed Force.

Future barry could just be a flashpoint Barry used as a host where he fought Savitar but lost hence the scar on his face.

Savitar is not necessarily Barry, Barry is maybe just a host body like black people in "Get Out".

The Big Bad of the Season isn't just going to be a suit. In fact Thawne foreshadowed it way back in Flashpoint with his "now who's the villain?" line.

The season is so damn long i forgot about this. This is worst than the zoom beat down. When he made Barry beg him to kill his own mother that's some cold shyt.

Besides the actual filler episodes the season has been on point showing all the ramifications of Barry fukking with the past and future.

So far its been the same formula over & over.

Theres another speedster
Barry must get faster
Barry ends up finding out the speedster is someone he knows.

So if anything Savitar being just a symbiote would actually be a better storyline not worse as it would be only slighthly different than Zoom & reverse flash

Yeah, if we didn't have to worry about the reveal everyone would have liked this episode. Killa Frost tried to swag surf like Ice Man and HR was wilding with the jokes, classic .
