:umad: The main Black Chick on "Hellcats" was a bedwench. "90210" had atleast a couple sistas who were notable recurring characters that were love interests for Cacs/Non-blacks.

:mjlol: at using "90210" as an example, when it's really the exception. "90210" along with "House of Lies" has the most amount of Black Man & White Woman IR-loving I have EVER seen on a TV show. :wow:

Flash/Arrow Spin Off: 'It's Going to be Unstoppable'

Here's what the producer of the Arrow/Flash spinoff and one Flash star have to say about the upcoming series.

With each new casting announcement on the Arrow/Flash spin off series currently in development, fan anticipation and curiosity rises.

With each new casting announcement on the Arrow/Flash spin off series currently in development, fan anticipation and curiosity rises.
IGN caught up with executive producer Andrew Kreisberg at the WonderCon red carpet for The Flash this weekend, where we were able to ask a bit about what we can expect from the ambitious team-up.

Kreisberg wasn't able to reveal any hints about the title just yet, but the producer did say, "I can tell you that it's going to be cool. It's going to be really cool. Our plan for it is that it's like the crossover [episodes between Arrow and The Flash] every week."

Adding, "On both Arrow and The Flash there are teams in the sense that there is Team Arrow and Team Flash, but to have a team fully comprised of heroes and villains is going to be pretty epic."

Carlos Valdes, who plays Cisco Ramon on The Flash, also chimed in with the behind the scenes scuttlebutt about the series.

"The things I've heard, it's going to be amazing," the actor enthused. "And my buddy Arthur Darvill just got cast in it. It's going to be unstoppable. It's going to be unstoppable. I'm going to say that for the record. Yep, there you go."

To clarify, Valdes isn't IN the spinoff, but Darvill - who fans will likely remember played Rory on Doctor Who - is indeed set to portray Rip Hunter in the spin off, as previously reported.

Though producers are being somewhat tightlipped, there seems to be a high level of confidence that the upcoming series will be a crowd pleaser.

We will keep you updated as details on the Arrow/Flash spin off emerge.

The Flash/Arrow TV Spinoff Title Potentially Revealed

The Flash star John Wesley Shipp may have revealed the Flash/Arrow spinoff title. Plus, could Bart Allen be coming to The Flash?

22 Apr 2015 By Max Nicholson

While at Missouri's Cape Comic Con, The Flash star John Wesley Shipp -- aka Henry Allen, aka the original TV Flash -- dropped some interesting hints about the speedster show, as well as the upcoming Flash/Arrow spinoff on The CW.

John Wesley Shipp

Most notably, Shipp may have revealed the spinoff's title. During an interview with Comic Book Resources, the actor casually referred to the series' title as "Legends." That might ring a bell for DC fans -- Legends was also the title of a limited series published in 1986 and was the first major crossover after the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths. Hmm...

Shipp added that the spinoff has been picked up for 13 episodes, and listed CBS's Supergirl among the lineup of shows that will make up the shared DC TV universe. This is an idea we've heard before -- Supergirl shares the same producing team as Flash and Arrow -- although it has yet to be confirmed by either WBTV or The CW.

When asked if Bart Allen (Barry's grandson in the comics) could pop up in The Flash, Shipp said, "They're already talking about that. Think of the amount of story that we have burned through in eighteen episodes... They're talking about all that stuff."

Id put money on Static if it werent for the name. Maybe it's a false one to keep the character's real identity a secret.
I was thinking that they are using a fake name too so they can keep his real identity a secret.
Or they could be pulling a Superfriends and just make him Static every way but his name (Black lightning was changed to Black Vulcan for no good reason).

DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW
When heroes alone are not enough… the world needs legends. Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat – one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known? The cast includes Victor Garber (The Flash); Brandon Routh (Arrow); Arthur Darvill (Doctor Who); Caity Lotz (Arrow); Dominic Purcell (The Flash) and Wentworth Miller (The Flash). Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg and Sarah Schechter are the EPs.
