I did the whole Family man thing with my last girlfriend. Leaving together, work and coming home. It was cool for a while, but the sex starting falling off and the arguments increased.

Sex got wack or she was acting like sex was holiday shyt?

I agree. That's why I said I would assess where we are in 1 year & move accordingly

The main reason why I think why she ain't been lockdown, she is average in looks but with a decent body, so many brehs would have overlooked her because she is not a dyme or lightskin.
🧢 more to come.

As an early 30s breh creeping up on 35, thread is hitting home.

Worked extremely hard in my late 20s and early 30s to be making good money...so if I get even the hint that a woman was just having "too much" fun in her 20s and now wants to settle down with me, it's a huge turnoff. Too much being a higher body count than me.

I dated a woman who'll turn 33 next year - our chemistry was great, but I just could not shake that feeling (based on comments here and there) that her body count was higher than mine. I just couldn't. Did that for a few of months after starting out casual, it felt like a waste of time in retrospect, so now it's purely casual or going for broke on the marriage tip.

I also have an ex that I dated in my late 20s who I'd wife up in a heartbeat...she's just not discovered herself as a sexual person or comfortable with it. Prettiest girl I've ever dated but she's just blocked on that front. Hardest breakup I've had and low key sent me into a mini-depression after doing it.

But I keep pushing. :yeshrug:

You over 30, what kind of body count you think a woman is going to have? Higher than yours is relative, because that could mean 20 or 5. You didn’t have fun in your 20’s?

I had my fun, but this girl was a hard partier in her 20s. I'm talking I think her count is 20 if not 30+, which is too much for me personally. If I were to find out she was at 15 or less that'd be doable. I'm in the 20 range myself w/ some 2 and 3 year, faithful-except-for-1 relationships sprinkled in my 20s.

36 and single, don't use apps, meet people frequently, I wouldn't complain, but I do analyze a lot, that's just me.

I do think a lot of women I have known in my age range, and immediate social circles, say 34-37, are looking for someone to do the whole ordeal with, family, home, kids, and for whatever my attractive qualities may be, I am not going down that road, unless there's some M's on the deal, so basically I am not someone they will fukk with as much anymore.

I always thought the more money and freedom I had, I would just ht up women I knew to go to Miami for a weekend, and I can, but it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, unless there's some commitment attached.

Have any of you thought there are so many single women in their mid-to late 30s, because there are fewer brehs willing to settle down? Marriage is a regular part of life for every culture but ours. So finding someone you’re:

Attracted to
Have chemistry
Wants the same lifestyle
Is at the same point in life
And doesn’t have kids

…isn’t easy.

A lot of those women wasted time waiting for men to propose, and didn’t want to start over. Men will waste a woman’s time. It’s not always that they partied too hard.

Plus, both men and women tend to have unrealistic expectations. Everyone needs physical attraction, but people need to be realistic about what they’re bringing to the table physically.
