lol come on bro. you know more people have seen Forrest Gump.

not everyone watches crude and edgy movies.

Forrest Gump is a movie watched by everyone.

No I don't know that that's the point I'm making. It's 2014 breh, let's say you're a 12 year old now or 13. And you're looking to get into movies and you're just soaking up everything around you: You'll probably lean toward stuff constantly talked about or celebrated and one of those films that everyone drools over, either to see what the fuss is about or just to be contrarian about it, the movie you're going to hear more about is Pulp Fiction. Forest Gump lived in the 90s..life is like a box of chocolates but Pulp Fiction has had a much longer life in pop culture and that's no diss to one movie just real about it. A lot of that has to do with Tarantino being who he is and Zemeckis being who he is in the latter part of his career. Because Tarantino continues to be a force, his body of work is going to remain in pop culture longer so you could make a case that more people as of now, halloween 2014, have seen pulp fiction.

Ok again, I'm not saying you're flat out wrong but you could be and that's my point. There is no data to back it up and you could make an argument in either direction because all we're doing is pulling out straw men and different anecdotal evidence. I feel like Pulp Fiction has the bigger legacy and is more talked about. They both just celebrated their 20th anniversary and it seems like Pulp Fiction got a lot more attention.

I think it's very possible. Take the example I gave you. If you're growing up now, one movie is much more talked about than the other, and you'll probably seek out the more talked about flick whether thats right or wrong

:what: first off fukk a drake.

Pulp Fiction shouldve won best pic but Hanks was gawd in 90s. Both flicks are still quoted to this day, PF is the definitive movie of the 90s tho, not gump.
fine then if pulp fiction is the most definitive then Forrest Gump is the most iconic.

cmon breh.. you know most of us were 7-9 years old in 1994..so that is an obvious answer
so then it should be the obvious answer moving forward then too.
