Iono, I hope not, but you know test screenings are random with the audience. I can see the movie being boring especially if they are going to drag out the murder of eric until the second act.

They should've just used a new character the Crow can be anyone in any era if this was someone different the backlash wouldn't necessarily be as through the roof

I agree, people are so attached to the actor that played character in the first film so much that it seems like nobody will be able to play that character again without no backlash.
