Not every black Republican is a Tom, but the chances of a Tom being Republican are higher than a black who is of almost any political ideology. Similarly, not every white conservative is as racist, but most racists vote conservative. So while you can't assume every white conservative is racist, the chances of their racist are higher.
Wrong. Guys like Teddy Bridgewater, EH Manuel and Geno Smith aren't considered Toms and they don't act like rappers. They rarely dance, have no criminal convictions, have no tattoos, etc. Why the discrepancy between them and RG3?

He is a Redskin fan. Honestly, these guys HAVE been dying for a franchise QB much less a superstar one like RG3. So their mindset and opinion will be to defend as he is their entertainment. They can't see him from a real perspective because he has added value to their life as a part of their favorite team who rarely has been worth talking about since the mid 90's.
Nothing said states RG3 is a stan of Vick even if he said and I've heard as much on ESPN that he was a fan of Vick in the Madden 04 era like everyone else.
I agree with your opinion on this this, mastermind, is just trying to defend his boy by making up excuses for him.
RG3 would have been seen as a c00n regardless of his political party affiliations by me but this does make the case v. him for the avg person a damn near gimme.
The reason no one thinks these guys like Teddy, Geno, Tajh, and others are c00ns is because they aren't. They are just Black men trying to make the best for themselves. Look at E.J. I love this kid. His approach is like McNair but his communication is like a top notch HBCU grad and he respects his elders like McNabb and others. These guys don't act like c00ns. They aren't boot lickers like RG3. What is Will Smith from Fresh Prince and what is Carlton. Even then, I didn't think his character was a c00n. Naive but not a c00n. Manuel reminds me of the Redskin QB who won the SB.
