Nothing about Douda says invincible. They already established Emmitt & Shump weren't like that. It wouldve been more unrealistic for them to actually pull it off. It's out of character for them especially Emmitt to even attempt it. Now it's like Carlito told Klienfeld "You a gangster now, you on the otherside. Whole new ballgame".

Gemma really running around these streets as a "manager" with NO money in her account?!?! Lie to me, Lena! Tell me she had $58.12 before the deposit or something. Even Jake knew what was up. Lena really tried to make Jake look like a sage this episode.
Keisha and Kevin's convo is a reminder that they really deviated from that relationship after season 2. Last couple of seasons they were practically strangers.
Some actors in life no matter what role they get, the real them always shows up. Jason Weaver for the rest of his life should always appear as himself. Lynn Whitfield too.

This first half of the season... wasn't bad at all. fukkery and all, best one since season 2.

For a series that has at least half a season left, this episode oddly felt like a series finale. However, the fukkery quotient certainly did not disappoint 
-The actress who plays Maisha really needs to stay on top of her health. She's too young to be so big. Her taking up 65% of the bed while laying next to Kev will never not be funny
-This nikka Shad standing off to the side like some sort of lecherous creep was overkill
-Shump giving the
while meeting with Emmett and Trig was hilarious. Participating in the worst shoot-out of all time only sealed the deal 
-Who were all these strange folks in Nina's crib for Kev's going away party?
Speaking of Kev, we get it: You're moving to Cali! Now get gone lil nikka lol. Breh already hijacked the graduation ceremony bloviating about leaving

all those kids in The Chi universe and the only one that appears to be doing anything outside of Chicago is Kev and it's not for college, it's for gaming? Poppa couldn't get into one of those OD Christian universities? Jake can't go to ICDC College while selling shirts? Show basically just decided that none of the kids were gonna go to college lol even the kids who made college a big part of their story, like Maisha and Jemma
He could have been emancipated in LA. Living in your home city with family and friends to turn to is not preparing him for moving over 3000 miles away where he knows no one and is on his own. shyt just gave him a unnecessary step
