Yup.
When the weight becomes to light I power press.
Anything I can't get over 10 reps I regular press
So for instance yesterday this was my bench work:
135x10 times power press
185x10 power press
245x10 normal press
255x9 normal press
265x5 normal press
245x7 normal press
225x9 normal press
205x12 normal press
185x20 power press
That's my high rep heavy weight day. The weight obviously changes every workout or whatever but that's basically how I do it. I got different workouts that I do as well so I don't power press alot but I do it at times
