Yeah sounds good. Do you do this along with normal benching/you do both in the same workout ?

Yup.

When the weight becomes to light I power press.

Anything I can't get over 10 reps I regular press

So for instance yesterday this was my bench work:

135x10 times power press
185x10 power press
245x10 normal press
255x9 normal press
265x5 normal press
245x7 normal press
225x9 normal press
205x12 normal press
185x20 power press

That's my high rep heavy weight day. The weight obviously changes every workout or whatever but that's basically how I do it. I got different workouts that I do as well so I don't power press alot but I do it at times

It's cool.

But when cats come in here and just yell half reps,and not knowing that it actually builds muscle long as you do high reps with a heavy weight that's when you look like a fool,because you haven't done your homework.

Not you,just speaking in general power pressing is a good exercise as long as you know what your doing.

This was about showing clean reps not special workout techniques. You build muscle with quarter squats or rocking with bicep curls...just not as efficiently. :stopitslime:

You don't know what your talking about and I bet I can outlift you and I look better than you. I know what I'm doing,but y'all can keep flexing on here if y'all want.

:yeshrug:I posted a DL weeks ago beat that. Next recording I might do OHP.

Try 5 sets of 5 pause reps(2-3 second pause) with 30 lbs less than your one rep max. Do this twice a week an I guarantee you will be easily pause repping your previous max.
