Do you ever use a spotter? I don't know my max, because I lift at home, and I don't have a spotter, so I never try to go as heavy as I possibly could. I don't know if I'm lifting for strength or aesthetics at this point. Imma tweener...Yup that's 225 my man.

That's a good motto to live by.No not really,I used to use spotters but not anymore I'm to the point no where if I don't feel comfortable lifting it by myself I shouldn't be lifting it.
Nothing wrong with a spotter tho,that's just my take on it

yea I saw the half reppin one.Yet to see anyone post a legit bench in this thread...one nikka using the smith, one is doing half reps and the cac is doing decline basically with his ass off the bench.
