Why Do You Do Them That way?
what is the benefit?Called a power press shyt is too light
225 incline is a different story tho
what is the benefit?
Still couldn't do more than me my way or locking out so why you runnin ya mouth?
You the one posting videos of 3/4 reps....
205 is my bodyweight at 6'1
You never fully extended your arms. Did you do that on purpose or is that how you do your bench press ?
Im gonna try that method next time I bench..I looked it up and apparently you can get more reps in and it put more tension on your chest muscles so you'll build a better chest..It's called a power press the weight is too light but I still get a pump and still gain strength by doing it.
When I do heavier weight I fully extend

Exactly but cats in here don't know shyt so I let em think I'm doing half reps,I keep tryna tell y'all just take my advice on these things
I'm not tryna steer anybody wrong
I also didnt know this exercise to be honest, shame on me
It's cool.
But when cats come in here and just yell half reps, and not knowing that it actually builds muscle long as you do high reps with a heavy weight that's when you look like a fool, because you haven't done your homework.
Not you, just speaking in general power pressing is a good exercise as long as you know what your doing.
