I've hit weights and cardio every day like my normal schedule even though it's a struggle apt fitness center
Meals have been good but a little later than I like. I don't count cals but I've been in that 2000-2500 range I try to estimate within. Same macro line up for the most part. Didn't need those Outback wings
I shouldn't have much damage by the time I get home.
Got home late last night after a 10 plus hour drive. Still had to try and hit legs this morning. Short session, tried to hit reps for 12 with as little rest in between as I could handle:
Front Squats: 200, 3x12 and 135 1x20
Machine Curls: 4x15
Zercher Squats (first time, likely not heavy enough but trying to get the movement down): 115, 3x12, 135 1x8
Machine Single Leg Press: 4x12 (each leg)
