I might actually make it out of this trip without screwing up:

I've hit weights and cardio every day like my normal schedule even though it's a struggle apt fitness center

Meals have been good but a little later than I like. I don't count cals but I've been in that 2000-2500 range I try to estimate within. Same macro line up for the most part. Didn't need those Outback wings :sadcam:

I shouldn't have much damage by the time I get home.
I think I held it together brehs :leon:

Got home late last night after a 10 plus hour drive. Still had to try and hit legs this morning. Short session, tried to hit reps for 12 with as little rest in between as I could handle:

Front Squats: 200, 3x12 and 135 1x20
Machine Curls: 4x15
Zercher Squats (first time, likely not heavy enough but trying to get the movement down): 115, 3x12, 135 1x8
Machine Single Leg Press: 4x12 (each leg)

I love Zerchers. With my shoulder screwed up, I thought I would be relegated to having to use leg press or the v-squat machines exclusively. Now I can attack legs with Zerchers and not have any shoulder pain.

Working out at the new gym has forced me to condense down and work quicker with the lack of machines:

Back Squat 5x5
Seat Curls 4x12
Front Squat 3x12
Single Leg Press 3x10
Zercher Squats 3x10
Goblet Squats 4x15

Sprint Day: Raining today so I had to go on the treadmill

10 rounds of 30 seconds sprints with 1:30 walking. Incline 3, Level 11

Felt my hamstring approaching snap city on the last round so cut that short.

Hammy is feeling better but I won't go explosive with it until next week's sprints. I'm not even going to do curls tomorrow for legs. Maybe some DB deadlifts to get a stretch in them but that's about it.

Brehs I drove around like a crack fiend after dinner last night looking for ice cream. 45 minutes later talked myself out of it and got home :whew:

I can't find the thread but I think (I got start logging properly) I was struggling with 5x5 at 185 before @Spliff put me on to descending pyramids a while I hit 200 5x5 yesterday with only the last rep being a grinder.

Legs today:

Back Squat 295, 5x5 (Best depth ever at the weight)
Standing Curls 4x12
Front Squat 3x12
Single Leg Press 3x10
Deads: 355 2x1 and 365 1x1
