Went

325 on back squats
325 on deads with an ugly 365 single (got light headed)
240 for the top of the pyramid
5 total plates for single leg
110 on standing machine leg curls.

Grinder of a workout, didn't eat enough yesterday.

2nd Leg Day of the Week:
Back Squats: 330, 2x3 & 335, 1x3
Deads (Hex): 375, 4x1 (tried a 5th but it wouldn't move)
Single Leg Press: 5 plates plus a 10, 3x10
Front Squat pyramid: 245 for the top of the pyramid
110 on standing machine leg curls.

Muscle endurance is still trash
Appetite is wrecked

Upper Body was a struggle today, not sure what's going on.

I might need to move my hard sprint day to Tuesday which is followed by a rest day. I went hard yesterday and I think that had something to do with it.

Not discouraged, gotta keep going.

This is one of the reasons why EC stack is godly during a cut. No such thing as a struggle day. Energy levels stay :wow:

Technically I'm not on a cut because I'm not counting.

Those 10 long hill sprints is taking the blame for now.

Better day for legs today:

Front Squat pyramid: 245 for the top of the pyramid (The burn to my weak abs :wow:)
110 on standing machine leg curls.
Walking lunges with two 25 plates

Totally forgot that work is going to interfere with lifting again this week. I have time to get in Upper Body on Wednesday and that likely it until Monday.

6 hill sprints and 4 longer hill runs.

Definitely need to move these to Tuesday and make Saturdays LISS.

Going out of order to get a upper body session in tomorrow. I won't get back to a regular schedule until next Sunday. Hopefully I don't fall back too much.

No gym time

Had a little time to superset jump rope with push-ups for 500/150. Also did 60 diamond push-ups.

Go enough to get blood flowing and a little activity.

Would rather lift.
