Scale went up .4 pounds, a little surprised but not a huge deal.

Totally mind fukked myself on 5x5 FB BB. Went up to 210 and was getting pretty clean reps until the 25th rep. Failed but :manny:

I know 210 isn't any thing to be impressed with but knowing not that long ago 185 for 5x5 had me trapped the progress feels good.

I think I have a 1 sub-standard session for every 5. I think the only saving grace is I've learned enough over the past 3 years to focus on that contraction event if the weight isn't as heavy or moving the way I feel it should.

#noobproblems.

Below 30 today, running outside wasn't happening. Went to the gym did HIIT and damn near died.

I think Sunday I was mind fucced after missing that last 5x5 rep on the bench. Monday, I was way under on cals the day before. Poor planning on my part.
I know you have no interest in calorie counting, but I just want to point out that this is one of the reasons that I love to calorie count. I get to cram as much food into my mouth as I can calculate and know that I'm still making gains (or fat losses).

If I didn't calorie count, I would have to just 'eat less' in general and it would make me paranoid ever time I picked up a bit of food. Am I going over my calories? Am I way under my calories and hurting my performance and risking muscle loss?....I don't need them questions

I much prefer the "I'm at exactly 1700 calories right now so I'm gonna eat this bag of popcorn and not feel guilty"

How are you having bad performances on that Pre-Jym? That shyt gave me clear focus. No weird feeling, just clarity and strength and endurance

Depends I still got a ton of volume done on Sunday. Missing that rep was a big letdown.

Monday I just wasn't there.

That said Pre-jym is :wow:

It was a simple enough mistake. Won't happen again. I hope.

Only so much quality food you can cram into small windows. Shyt isn't fun.
