Usual Friday PT session, usually don't pay attention to numbers since we are pushing it with Super sets.
I did hit 235 for 2 at the top of a pyramid on FB. He helped with the lift off but I never hit that before.

I know those handheld BF machines aren't accurate but I ran numbers on it and got 18.3 :manny:. I've gotten 21s and 22s within this year but can't remember when.

My goal is to hit 15 on the machine by this point in the month of January.

I can't find the thread but I think (I got start logging properly) I was struggling with 5x5 at 185 before @Spliff put me on to descending pyramids a while I hit 200 5x5 yesterday with only the last rep being a grinder.

Legs today:

Back Squat 295, 5x5 (Best depth ever at the weight)
Standing Curls 4x12
Front Squat 3x12
Single Leg Press 3x10
Deads: 355 2x1 and 365 1x1

Hit 205, 5x5 clean today no grinders even on the last set.

Can't even remember numbers from the rest of the session. At this point I'm just focusing on movements and contractions while trying to increase weight gradually.

Story time:

Caught a hellified craving last week said fucc it and went in on some ice cream Monday night with dinner. Woke the next morning rand sprints and thought :manny:. Didn't dip back into that sugar fix the rest of the week and basically ate like normal.

Hi rep, short rest time. Maybe a circuit workout, shooting for 15-rep sets with 1-2 minutes rest for 30-45 minutes

The ice cream should be guilt-free after that:feedme:

I think I was somewhere near that. My carbs are usually not much higher than 75 grams a day. I was likely 10-14 days of that before the ice cream. Workout wise Sunday was a high volume upper day and Monday was legs. I think I did what you are talking about in some form.

Sticking with 5x5 for FB BP. Hit 205 5x5 with real slow reps. Hopped up to 210 on the last set and could only rep 4. I'll go up to 210 next week for the 5x5.

Did a lot of 3x8 today and it felt pretty good. I'm liking switching rep ranges based on feel. I think I will keep decline BP at 3x8 along with incline BP. for Sunday work.

Treat yoself my breh

Im not sure wat ur macros look like but u can indulge every now and then. A pint of ice cream every couple of weeks wont kill u
I'm not even counting anything, cals or macros. Well I make sure to get a minimum 30 grams of protein 4 times a day.

I'm going to have a good day before Thanksgiving :lolbron:

Laying Ham Curls: 4x12
Calf Raises 3x15-20
Front Squats 5x5
Single Leg Press 4x10
Standing Ham Curls 3x8
Back Squats (Light for ATG Depth) 3x10
