I want to say deload but I hate em. At least the "make the trouble of going to the gym to lift 50% of your weights" BS. Maybe just pop in and do your compounds for a week or w/e. Is sleep/diet/stress OK?
The dialed back training seems fine so. This is truly the first full week so I have to see how it goes over the next few weeks.

Got crossed up with my trainer so I had to make this morning quick with super-sets:
FB BP x Pull-Ups
Incline DB Press x Standing Rows
OHP x Push-Ups
Close Grip Lat Pull-Downs x Standing Overhead Triceps Extensions

Stress is a little high and sleep was a bigger issue than I thought. I' am shifting to taking naps after dinner to make sure I am getting 7-8 hours overall.

The good thing is my weight is stable. I'm just trying to find the combo to lose the next 5, 10 and possibly 15.

I feel u on this :mjcry:

I got loose w/my diet so I'm hoping just having tightened it back up again will get me back down another 10. But that next 5-10 will be :sadcam:. It will make such a big difference though :takedat:

45 Mins of personal trainer as kicking today:

Started of with 100 reps of DB BP press with 60s for time

THEN a leg workout:
Hex Deads
Walking KB Lunges
Goblet Squats

"Functional" Movements"
Bar Jump Taps
Single Leg-Leg Press
Some new leg raise in the Smith Machine rack while holding a 35 pound plate (don't ask)
