that's your definition of it. White supremacy is a system not a belief.

Believe white supremacy is a system in 2015 while Tariq lives lavish under it by his choice.

Believe white supremacy is a system in 2015 while millions of white people live in trailer park poverty in the US.

Believe white supremacy is a system in 2015 while white people live in ghetto's in Europe that look like Philly.

white supremacy does not mean that Black people cannot be successful nor does it mean that white people can't be poor, once again, your willfully poor understanding of what the system of white supremacy is, is why you've concluded that it can't exist "because floyd" "because michael" "because ghetto in europe"

They didnt do it back in the black power days. :sas2:

Its like the old school OG turning a new leaf.

This self defeating talk got you sounding weak lol.

Most Whites see what you call black power for the farce that it is. Real power is MOSTLY quiet. And when has to reveal itself it is deadly. It is also consistent. Your idea of Black Power is none of these.

College Park by way of East Bmore
Not to insult anyone here but most people who miss Neely's main points are prob under 30. Is he perfect? No, but to deny the validity of his main talking points is, I believe, a product of limited real life experiences. I'm 40 so I know that is ancient to you young brehs. When I got his book in 1993 while at UMCP I was feeling about 10% of what he was saying. I mean don't bone white girls? Sheeeet. I had never spent much time around white people growing up in inner city Bmore. Not the burbs like Randallstown but North Ave and Broadway. This cat sayin don't white chicks. I was not trying to hear that. My rep was gawd status wit the Beckies on the yard. This long winded shyt to say be careful with some of our criticism. You are talking about a man who served in WW2. One of our problems is we don't extrapolate the useful shyt from our elders and incorporate in our daily lives. I don't know some of the others mentioned but Neely is fukkin legit. Brehs there is more than one way to skin a cat. I believe we all have a common goal and that is to uplift the fukked up situation we as black folk live in. We are in no position to discriminate against well meaning ideas especially when they come from an octogenarian who has experienced way more shyt than any of us. The point is we need as many brilliant minded soldiers as we can get. Once we got that shyt together we can deconstruct all point, theories, etc.

What do we have now, is there not already a Black elite class in America?
no there isn't, almost every wealthy black in the US a high paid employee underneath a bunch of white people, even in situations like Jordan and Oprah they don't own any actually physical capital in their main sources of income. Jordan doesn't own any shoe factories, Oprah only owns 50 percent of OWN and cannot broadcast without a partnership. Dudes like Dangote and Adenuga are the richest blacks in the world because they are at the top of the food chain, they don't answer to any white superiors. That's a true black elite.

Black billionaires that in turn employ majority black people that become black millionaires, who then employ other blacks that make 6 figures. That's a black elite class.

What is better?

Fighting white supremacy vs cultural revolution

Fighting white supremacy:

Fighting for the love of cacs, whining about "racism" when they don't want to live or mix with you or call you a name, and complaining until finally they all love you and give you positions in their industrys/economy (you will never own them).

Cultural revolution:

Restoring order/rules/codes of conduct in the black communities. Creating your own industries owned by your people which will create your upper/middle class. Now having the power to project which every image of yourself you please and create your own identity because no one can dictate to you what is "proper and not proper" etc etc

-------------------------------------------------

Fighting "white supremacy" is a waste of time and focuses on the wrong things. It focuses on whining about what some chink, or spic said like we don't clown these people anytime we feel our damn selves. Whining about other groups not allowing you to dilute them AND YOURSELF with IR marriage that you no pride c00ns have. It focuses on discrimination in white workplaces (which has already been addressed anyway with affirmative action and being able to go to HR for racial shyt). It focuses on getting everyone to love blacks and never say anything disparaging about them. Its complete bytchassness.

In the black community its not about saving anyone either. The cultural revolution happens with our educated people and people who want to rise up. We will become the middle/upper class and the dumbness will stay at the bottom and do the low end shyt once the industries are created. Just like EVERY other community, they have the option to rise up if they CHOOSE to wake up, and a lot will after they see the success. Notice how the cultural revolution has nothing to do with cac's either, its a black effort, and nothing anyone can stop. The only thing in white society we address is LAW, and when we need to manipulate that and the system for our own benefits. Just like everyone else.

Not having athletes and entertainers that might collect a single million plus once in their career

what's stopping Dangote and Adenuga from employing majority Black people that become black millionaires who then employ other blacks that make 6 figures?

They do lol, but not in the USA, in Africa.
We need Black Americans that can pull the same shyt over here.

You have dudes like Al Haymon, quietly trying to conquer sections of sports through black relationships, he has the right idea.
The only problem in the USA is the fact you have people who actively attempt to stop blacks from entering that highest echelon.
But it's not impossible.

Because this had never been the focus. Name a movement that has been created like Tariq has created for white supremacy that was for economic empowerment and really framing out industries and creating networks. It hasn't happened because black people are not organized and are all over the place.

Tariq Nasheed has not created a movement for white supremacy and what will it take for Black people to become more organized and less "all over the place?
