Nah, Jersey has always been gloomy & miserable from different aspects that looms over that state.

Yeah I'm from NYC myself, but those cities in Jersey are on this list based off drug addiction, poor housing conditions, lack of healthcare, bad commutes, high percentages of unemployed people compared to employed people & crime which is why Jersey and others are listed because they all share those same issues.

Jersey is a completely different state with different policies, issues etc, there is no relationship nor similarities between NY State & the State of New Jersey.
