You want me to believe this list when they don't even got Baltimore on it
You'd be surprised, Baltimore folks are some of the coolest down to earth folks ever. Baltimore people actually laid back in a lot of ways. DMV folks always stressed, always in a rush, always trying to prove to theyselves that they better than some stranger on the street, depressed, repressed and stressed to impress is DMV people in my opinion. Bougie DMV folks are evidence that money, status and creature comforts won't make you happy. Baltimore people already know they ain't gone be shyt most of the time.
But when Baltimore folks do get paper, they usually stay humble and still ghetto as all hell. 
Sorta like DL Hughley saying there was too much pressure to succeed in life being white. Baltimore might not look like it, but it's an expensive city. And there are nice neighborhoods in Baltimore. Black folks also run Baltimore. Baltimore is more than just crime and drugs like that t-shirt that cacs around here always wear.

That last sentence ain't always true. I know Baltimore nikkas who low key rich off the dope game who bust out in the latest most expensive shyt one day ($1500 Gucci shoes with the Gucci fit to match) but then wear a cheap emoji print sweatsuit from Amazon or some random 90's thrifted looking fit the next day.
It's just that Baltimore and the greater Baltimore area, even people who have paper don't think money makes them or breaks them. It's just a much more humble mentality compared to the DMV. DC ranks as the snobbiest East Coast city. Plus DMV folks work 1,000 hours a week, don't know how to snap out of work mode ever and don't know how to drive and don't have manners. 
It's called culture.nikkas who living in the slums of NYC acting like they are contributing to NY being a great city
