Surprised Dallas isn't up there though I'd argue that it's more economic
Dallas proper isn’t that segregated. It’s the outlying suburbs that are and like someone else mentioned, economic inequality is the biggest reason for the ones that are (minus racist ass spots like Keller, Colleyville or Southlake)

I'm not from the Chi but I live here now. Compared to STL, Chicago is pretty integrated, even out South.
I lived in Chicago for years and have family there. I only saw black people. For miles and miles and miles. 100% black.

There's nothing integrated about Chicago. You are likely in a suburb of Chicago.

Here's the diversity map of the Chicagoland area, out to Waukegan and Gary. Darker shades indicate a larger racial majority in that neighborhood.
Green areas are black people, blue is white people, red is Asian, orange is Hispanic.
