I’d say they should have drafted him, but who knows what he’d look like? Why is it that this team no matter who is on the staff can’t develop a receiver?

Just watched the John Brown press conference
Ozzie said they were still gonna target Crabtree even if Grant had passed his physical
Also said they knew about the ankle before they signed him
He also said they are still trying to add 2 or 3 more pieces in free agency
He mentioned another WR and TE but didn’t say the position of the 3rd player
They also wanted to sign John Brown to a multi year deal but he wanted a 1 year prove it deal
Said he’s healthy for the first time in 2 years
It was also interesting that he said he didn’t have sickle cell.Said the Cards labeled it as the sickle cell trait but he really has a cist on his spine

I didn’t realize we had this much cap space
They could definitely afford to resign Jensen if they wanted to
Or go after somebody like Suh or Honeybadger...or trade for somebody like Dez or Earl Thomas
I would rather we spend the money on defense honestly
That way we can spend all our draft picks on offense
I do hope they can convince Crabtree to sign today
That would give us our #1 and #3 WRs and we could get our #2 in the draft
