I liked TCM 03. Best one since the OG.

I agree. It was actually more violent than the original, just as sadistic, and definitely had it's own flavor to it without betraying the spirit of the original. Even though it was a 2003 flick it still looked kinda dirty and sweaty and just made you want to shower after watching it

Yeah that was that weird ass sequel. What do you think of the texas chainsaw massacre remake from 03?
I'd watch that before I watch the one with Trey Songs, and for my hate towards Jesssica Beil (over hyped ass basic lookin white heifa) she's good at horror. She's got that 'ohshytimmadieifidontdosomething' yell which is needed to pull off a good horror film.

Yeah I agree..and that one with Songz....words can't describe that shyt. Terrible from its inception as saying its a sequel to the original but not having the timeline match up at all and not even attempting to make sense of it

Yeah it had a good tone. Leatherface was scary in it, some good kill scenes. I took my nephew to see it, might of been a mistake cuz he was shook. :mjlol:

The one with Renee Zelwigger & Matthew McConnahey was good in a creepy aspect; I think that one gave origin to Leatherface by giving a look on his family background.
I would be in the smallest minority I'm sure but part 3 I always kind of liked. The teaser trailer was :blessed:

:russ: you foul for that shyt. how old was he?
11. He wanted to see it though. Like uncle take me to see that he would beg. He thought he was cool cuz he would stay up late watching horror movies. His mom was mad I took him but it toughened him up. He always Thanks me for Introducing him to a bunch of horror...but the worst was when we watched high tension, he was older but dude was hiding in the corner peeking through his hands. :mjlol:

I started watching it yesterday..couldn't make it. I say they're both equally meh
How dare you, sir! The OG Prom Night is a classic.

And another really shytty remake was The Hitcher.
Rutger Hauer was a superbly creepy fukker in the original and in the remake they cast Sean Bean. :stopitslime: Now I like Sean Bean and all but dude was sorely miscast in this movie.
And that was just the start of the terribleness of this shytty movie.

Might be a classic but didn't work for me breh. I can recognize something is a classic and has its place while still not working for me.

The hitcher remake..whoo, Lord have mercy. Only good thing I can say about it is I saw it for free and there was fukkery in the theater. Two chicks were talking loudly, bunch of people kept telling them to shut up and they had what is probably the funniest line I've ever heard in a movie theater:

"Why would you come to the movies if you don't expect people to talk?"

Then of course they end up getting kicked out.

Damn shame what happened to the Thing Prequel. It was supposed to utilize a bunch of practical effects (they were created), but they ended up having to go the cg route. I actually don't mind the movie.

TCM 03 was dope. :ohlawd:

The Wickerman. What on Earth was Nicholas Cage doing....:why:
