I need to see the Thing & its remake. I've been sitting on this one for ages & reading the discussions on YouTube had got me pissed that I've been putting this off for so long.
Gotta see the thing from another world, then the thing, then the prequel to the thing

So I'm finally watching the remake of Cabin fever. I've mentioned the movie here before but quickly turned it off within literally the first few mintues. To call it terrible is too good for this absolute peice of shyt.
The original is already bad, however, it's so bad that's it actually good. To me it's just a funny ass movie about white college kids in a hick town and all the fukkery that happens. This remake is supposed to be a word for word remake. But this shyt right here is not that. I have scenes that I watch the og version for, mainly the pancake scene. And the way they re-did it was just
fukking sorry. It's so bad that could have done a better job with stick figures and my own sound effects.
The campy horror movie was not redone with honor in the least.

Idk why Eli Roth even did that, he knows the og version is loved for it being the way it is... the re-do wasn't needed at all. Like I already stated, it's little things that was done differently that made the biggest gap in the movie. I still can't believe how they 're-did' the pancake karate scene. I'm mad all over again thinking about it.
