Employers outsource these jobs to the lowest bidder to save money. Even the Federal Government does it. They don't even care if the work gets done in most cases. Just that everything comes in under budget.

If anything goes wrong it's easier to blame the third party vendor. And Managers don't have to really do their job of managing internal employees.

The world runs on cheap labor though. Sad truth. Unless you can find a way to drive down the cost of production, we're the colatteral. These tech bros claim that there's supposed to be this revolution in "building" because AI will drive down costs to "make things". pure delusion.

Well, look at it from a white liberatarian point of view (average tech CEO).... you get to mass import Indians and Asians, many of whom you believe will repalce black americans. You get cheap labor and you also get a buffer class that you think is palatable. Its a win win situation, never happening. There's a reason why Manufacturing jobs left en masse right after the 1969 protests. Sure Japan and Asia was moving up the value chain and had lower costs of production so wallstreet saw $$$, nut there's also the fact that white folks never really wanted BM to be part of the manufacturing economy.
