I stopped putting African American on job applications 20 years ago. I always put 2 or more races :manny:

But I don't know if that would even work in todays job market. Hiring managers are lazy or simply don't know how to interview people.

Problem is companies will deal with that because the cost of cheap labor outweighs the cost of fixes.

shyt, even after big crashes and bugs they still save money.

I’d like to think otherwise, but it’s not reality. Truth is, the outsource work isn’t THAT bad compared to domestic. Sometimes it’s outright better. CEO’s realized that.
We all should really be doing what @Ethnic Vagina Finder is doing.

He’s actually got the right spirit.

The goal should be entrepreneurship to some capacity

Two interviews that went well the last two weeks that will hopefully find me with having 2 FTE offers before the year is over but I'll take one tbh. Ready to get out of this God forsaken consultant world (they killed my contract a month ago on a weeks notice) plus this would be ya boys 1st actual 6 fig gig :whew:

been getting messages about roles but wonder if it is more folks trying to fill up their budget before year end rather than industry on the upswing. Eitherway I`m thankful and happy where I am and just pray for security during this next presidential term lol
Two of my previous employers would hire experienced tech workers. Do a brain dump of everything you know for employees in India. And then fire your ass after only 6 months. It's usually cheaper than hiring a consultant firm.
