Astoundingly Yes. Hold your votes as a collective until a party brings something tangible and stop blindly voting for what we feel as a collective is the “lesser evil” friend.
No it doesn't.
It just accelerates the Right Wing agenda in voter suppression and gaining more political power.
Hell, Mississippi and Alabama alone are proof that what you're describing is pure fantasy.

A lack of real competition from the Democrats is to blame for a turnout rate that rivals some of the worst the state has had during a general election.

Mississippi and Alabama both have some of the lowest voter turnouts in the country with tons of apathy among Black voters in particular and it's lead to NOTHING positive for the Black residents there.
The only times you see tangibles and reparations brought up is when Black or Leftist politicians put the pressure on the political machine to fulfill it. And that requires tons of political activism and involvement. Take the reparations campaign in Evanston, IL for example. That shyt didn't happen overnight due to Black people not voting. It came from years of political activism from Black and Leftist politicians and activists.
Sitting out elections and not being politically active is only a recipe for Right Wing power tripping which is why they push for voter suppression and gerrymandering so hard.
Holding politicians accountable requires being politically active regardless of who you support. It requires emailing, showing up to meetings, activism, etc. The idea that Black people sitting out entire elections and having election results determined by Non-Black voters will suddenly cause Democrats to turn into Elijah Muhammad 2.0 is a straight TLR fantasy.
Ironically, all it's going to do is turn the DNC into a Blue Dog Democrat Party filled with people like Sinema, Manchin, Tulsi, Yang, etc. in pursuit of moderates who don't care for social issues that much but like the idea of free healthcare and abortion rights and Black politicians will slowly go the way of the dinosaur.
