Not saying the guy in the accident isn't a dikkhead.

What this situation reminds me off is that short guy getting rock bottomed by security guard. He was wrong to chat shyt to the security guard, but it is clear that the security guard pounced on an opportunity to fukk someone up and get away with it.

Seeing as the accident took place on the road, it pisses me off even more as his pettiness could have spread to others.

In these situations, people have this tendency to place themselves in the shoes of the person they perceive to be the alpha. Can't look at things objectively and realise two drivers were reckless, and 1 showed a callous response to a serious collision.

I didn't read this shyt because the video is crystal clear.. The Honda driver was reckless and the insurance company has every right to deny his claim..

Everything else is just feelings.. Feelings means nothing when its time to take care of business. Something you obviously don't understand..

You're the idiot who believes the world is flat right?

People do not have an issue with the Truck driving too slowly. The issue is that he sped up to prevent the driver entering the lane.
Weak deflection

You must have a reading comprehension problem because the bold is literally not true

People are clearly complaining about white truck's cruising speed both in here and in the twitter thread

I'm not speaking on the insurance claim or liability aspect, you brainless fukk. Maybe you should go back and read my posts because it was clear from the start that my issue is people acting based on what they can legally get away with.

Does any of those scenarios excuse recklessly swerving into the shoulder potentially putting other lives at risk?

Maybe the other cars were a nurse trying to get to work, pick their child up, or trying to see their loved one because they got notified they only had a few hours to live.

Have you ever been in any of those situations? If you haven't, I don't think you can speak on how you would drive in those instances.

I'm not advocating what the Honda driver did. However, the shoulder was clear. He made a reckless choice and the pick up still decided to speed up to prevent him from passing. That was reckless, uncalled for and could've been avoided.

Both of them should be charged with reckless driving, but most likely only one will. Neither was being an adult about the situation and did nothing to de-escalate.

Look at the video again..

The truck clearly was passing other cars that was in the right lane..

The Honda driver just wanted the truck to go faster..

The white truck was passing the right lane traffic the entire time so the Honda driver was just an impatient a$$hole. fukk em.
Nope. The truck maintained speed to be parallel with another car that's why Honda went around

Its nothing left to discuss.. You talking about what you feel.. Im discussing business which is what this accident boils down to..

The pickup truck driver is GONE!!!!!

Now what the fck is the Honda driver going to do now?

How will they get his car fixed?

How will they get to work?

Will his car get fixed?

Are they OK?

You overlooking major consequences to argue a dumb point when the Honda driver is the one who needs help from others now..

Why are people so petty and vain now days?

That's America across the board. People bashing the Honda driver. Don't know if they were a nurse trying to get to work, pick their child up, or trying to see their loved one because they got notified they only had a few hours to live. No one wants compassion unless it's them.

Chances are, that's how that DH (white Honda) drives all the time

Reminds me of a time recently I was going 80 in a 55 and this young cac cut me off to get in front of me and nearly caused an accident

I raced up to be next to him & begged him to pull over and get out...he would only look straight ahead and went the speed limit for the next 30 miles...#cowardsh*t

Both are wrong. The a$$hole in the white truck brake checking the Honda purposely driving slow in the passing lane.

The Honda speeding, tailgating the white truck, then driving in the “breakdown lane“

then the white truck speeding up so that the Honda couldn’t get in front of them after driving around the slow cars in the “breakdown lane”
This

Im so happy i dont know any of you in real life

I would NEVER get in a car with a person that believes the white truck was wrong

You're not obligated to go 100(which is illegal) just because the person behind you is trying to go 100. That logic is absolutely retarded and probably the reason why so many of yall have shytty driving records
In my state they have signs, saying specifically that slower traffic is obligated to move the right lane to allow faster traffic to pass.

That said, nothing would've happened in the dude wasn't tailgating. and you not supposed to pass on the right either.
