Don’t even understand what you were trying to write

But if you’re trying to put on muscle you got to eat. I don’t know how people can’t comprehend this.

And you got to eat a lot... because considering the calories needed just for regular body functions, the amount of calories you intake just doing daily activities, and then the amount of calories needed for energy and to build/maintain the muscle, you kinda need to eat a lot

Pro bodybuilders on drugs fooled nikkas. Eating 5000kcal a day makes sense when you are 300+ lb of muscle. Most natural people would do fine on about half of that at the most. Protein is a little overrated too. I'd say you can probably get away with .6-.7g/lb body mass.

20 times bodyweight lbs in calories doesn’t sound bad, especially if you’re a hard gainer :ld:

That’s around 4000 calories for a 200lb person, which isn’t that much if you’re active and lifting trying to put on weight.

Now with protein its a little less than ~2 times bodyweight in kilograms, not pounds.

It's not that deep :francis:

You should only be eating that much while bulking. In cut phase you eat around 1800-1900 (amount I did daily)

Work out for average of 1 and half hours per day and let me know how much your body is crazy in food/water

For ya average nikka, just eat when you get hungry :manny:

I’ve never calorie counted a day in my life and don’t see the point. You don’t gain any weight or start losin then eat more if that’s your goal.

Tryin to lose weight then eat less or do more cardio. Not really that complicated like some will make it out to be.

Find what works for you and stay consistent with it...
