Why's water more important? In the intial stage i ate a lot. It's really just a shift from casually eating garbage like hot cheetos to real food like eggs. Some days you can say that i eat above average meals but some days i don't really eat that much. I found that water consumption is more important than food.
Eating that much protein on a daily basis is not healthy. fukk up your kidneys and heart for muscles, brehs.
Plus when it comes down to it. If impressing women is a brehs main goal, when prefer lean and muscular vs a Bulky and muscular frame.Yup, I'm toned and ripped, weighing around 190 and standing at 6'3". Work out once a week and eat healthy, with a Muscle Milk protein shake in the morning. I prefer the lean muscular look to the freakish physiques I see a lot of brehs chasing. fukk looking like the Rock.
Of course it is but thats if you’re trying to get DEEP into the actual science. What im saying is more of a catchall.I used to think like this as well. But when i think back on it. There's a lot of broscience out there and that why I did. What's for more important than just eating for calories is actually consuming a balanced meal plan. It's really all about nutrient density more so then calories. I'd take it a step even further and say a huge reason why most brehs arent seeing gains as quickly revolves around not consuming enough vegetables.
Most of the shyt people rant and rave about in regard to supplementation shakes can be sourced through rotating a few vegetables in a diet.
Your muscles are like 80% water. Why's water more important?

I eat about 5k calories a day easy
~Its 4:30 where I am and i've already 4k calories, i'm sure i'll hit 5k before I even hit the gym
But yeah good luck gaining mass if you aint eating.
I just say this as someone who got sick from supplementation where I nearly could have a died a few times.Of course it is but thats if you’re trying to get DEEP into the actual science. What im saying is more of a catchall.
Not just bro science.
And I can’t understand how people don’t see gains as long as they eat proportional to what they’re supposed to to gain weight.
And yes I agree, some supplents can be attained from fruits and vegetables but people forget how expensive that becomes and how much more effort prep takes. It’s not bad just not realistic. Nothing wrong with supplementation
You're 6'5 though you'll never be the average breh....I eat about 4k calories a day easy

With that said it's 3pm, i've probably hit about close to 3k.

Then I think back to how as a society, when it comes to getting in shape, being building muscles and maintaining an ideal physique supplementation is synonymous with results.
Essentially people from the outside looking in, are taught to that supplementation is the most efficient way of building muscles. There's reason why a common question peeps always ask me is what supplements am I taking, instead of what do I typically do or eat.
With that said, supplementation and meal prepping being expensive and time consuming is subjective. I rather challenge peeps to find what works them instead of resulting to supplementation. I look at it like teach a man to fish and he'll never starve. With that said the deregulation of supplementation should be very troublesome.
I've gotten sick as fukk from supplementation in the past, that's why I dont advise them.
I remember I used this in the past when i was trying gain size:
I remember being at work and it felt like something kicked me in the balls, repeatedly. You couldn't tell me that shyt was healthy. I also had daily diarrhea on top of that. Not to mention the sugar in these shakes are very bad for teeth.
I also used another protein powder when i was trying to lean up. I was so frail from supplementation because a 25% of my caloric intake came from shakes. This was a huge drain on my body, because the physiological process(enzyme) involved with breaking down food, we're utilized enough, making me feel sick, hungry and vulnerable. Like I may have ripped like hell on the outside, but something as simple as the common cold could have killed me.
I stopped after this....
That's why i dont fukk with powders or getting too lean man. Real food will always shyt on supplements. Plus is supplementation really saving time when you clean your blender, cut up vegetables, etc.....
