In the intial stage i ate a lot. It's really just a shift from casually eating garbage like hot cheetos to real food like eggs. Some days you can say that i eat above average meals but some days i don't really eat that much. I found that water consumption is more important than food.
:ohhh:

Like how much water?

@FireDwaneCasey we might have hope for skinny gang.

The Truth
Thats what I used to use when I was in tulsa :deadmanny:

Spent about ~600 on it altogether. Was going through it like water.
And i'm sure it was doing the same to me:scust:

Would have been much better off spending that money on actual food :mindblown:
I used a mass gainer once and would only use it maybe twice a day during workouts snd once a day on off days...

On top of that I made sure I ate 6 times a day on training days and at the most 4 on off days (a meal is including the shake).

I put on mass and strength very easily with minimum supplement intake (maybe took a preworkout just for energy), heavy lifts, and eating... i never counted calories unless I was trying to lose weight.

Mass gainers and protein shakes in general arent the end all be all... you got to eat real food and get real fat/protein/carbs

I used to think like this as well. But when i think back on it. There's a lot of broscience out there and thats why I believed it. What's for more important than just eating for calories is actually consuming a balanced meal plan. It's really all about nutrient density more so then calories. I'd take it a step even further and say a huge reason why most brehs arent seeing gains as quickly revolves around not consuming enough vegetables.

Most of the shyt people rant and rave about in regard to supplementation shakes can be sourced through rotating a few vegetables in a diet.
Yea, focusing on micronutrients has definitely helped me. If nothing else it's definitely helped boost my immune system, which keeps me from getting sick, which keeps me more consistent

Helps with sleep too I think and overall well being. And on top of all that I'm leaner/bigger/stronger than ever :manny:

Were you lifting heavy though?:usure:

You got to live within 85 95% of your max if you really want to grow. You can't just eat whole lot of food.
