I don’t think cats realize how easy it is to hit that high calorie count in a day. Especially if a person ain’t eatin super clean which most don’t.

shyt I ate a whole oven spinach and chicken pizza last night for dinner and that shot was 2k by itself not including anything else I ate on the day.

The reason why most non lifting/active people are fat. A fast food value meal has to be about 2000 calories easy
So do you gotta eat clean?

Meal 1 (857 calories): 10 oz. filet, 4 egg whites, 5 oz. oatmeal or Cream of Wheat

Meal 2 (947 calories): 8 oz. chicken, 2 cups white rice, 1 cup broccoli

A Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman juiced up off season diet isn't even this drastic.

Eggs, rice, meat/fish sources, occasional shake, vegetables. Boom.

My favourite way to eat is like Kai Greene. It's simple.

About 70% of the time but I work out 6 days a week intensely for 2 hours to offset the trash I’ll eat or drink.

That bein said, I’m where I want to be already. Not tryin to gain or lose. Just stay cut and keep my 8 pack. Now when I see myself start to slip then I kick up the diet a notch then go clean and cut alcohol completely out until I’m back at square one

Make sure you get good consistent sleep

No such thing as over training if you're trynna get swole eat more lift heavy and do sprints or hills for cardio

Whole milk
Peanut butter & jelly with whole grain bread
Ground beef
Sweet potatoes
Seafood

There was a natural guy who followed the Rock's exact diet. He just got fat.

When you running Test, GH, Tren, you can eat whatever you want, put on large amounts of lean muscles and lose body fat. It's that simple.

Btw, naturally, these no point having all those proteins and carbs. Protein utilization and synthesisation are determined by testosterone levels; hence why AAS users have an obsession with protein as they're in superphysiological ranges. All those carbs without an immense amount of exercise and superphysiological ranges will get you fat asap.

The bodybuilding world/fitness has many people duped.

You want to gain mass fast

You have to consistently increase your lifting especially in the main powerlifting forms

Eating a bunch of calories without understand the purpose and macros behind it will only hinder your progression
