If Vontae Davis doesnt play, we shouldnt have too much trouble throwing the ball. Im liking a break out game from ODB in primetime on Monday brehs.
He's going to break one especially with Reese wanting more deep throws , big dummy donnell better hold onto the fukking ball shockey jr

STEVE WEATHERFORD IS THE NFL'S FITTEST MAN
The most ripped man in all of football just so happens to play the least respected position on the field. But N.Y. Giants punter Steve Weatherford's approach to the game is making the entire league do a double take, and he's just getting started.

Two key Giants players continue to battle their way back from injuries ahead of Monday night's game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, who has had trouble staying on the field for an entire game with nagging hamstring, back, and leg injuries, again practiced in a limited capacity on Thursday.

As for offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz, those hoping to see him make his regular season debut on Monday will likely be disappointed. Coach Tom Coughlin said that Schwartz will do individual drills, but that it would be up to the training staff to determine how much he can practice.

When asked if Schwartz would reclaim a starting job when he does make his return, Coughlin intimated that they would ease him back in, rather than throw him in the fire immediately.

Yeah it seems like Reese really wants us to open things up and throw the ball downfield more.

The only issue with that is our o-line....if we can't hold our blocks, we gonna get Eli killed.....I like the plays we been running so far, getting the ball out quick. Sure we should mix some play action and deep balls but you need to be able to run the ball and protect the QB for that to work.

What's going on with Jennings injury brehs? :(

• Jennings began running and jogging earlier this week. It was the first time he ran outside with no resistance since the injury.

• While the Giants were practicing on Thursday, Jennings was working with a trainer on a side field. He was running and dragging a weighted sled behind him (see above). It was the first time he's done this since the injury.

"We can build off that," Jennings said.

This is the first step in helping rebuild his strength in the knee and get his endurance to a point where he can carry a significant workload in a game.

• Up next is running in zigzags. The expectation is that will come in the next couple days or so.

Jennings hasn't reached the point of planting his foot in the ground and changing directions. He isn't ready to cut.

"We haven't gotten the OK for that," Jennings said.

The hope is that will come next week, with eyes now on the Giants' Nov. 9 game in Seattle.

"That is the goal," he said.
