I used to work at a hospital where doctors could bring high school students to shadow them. I used to see white doctors, Asian docs, and Indian doctors with their people with them. Latinos and Blacks, no. Some have 1 or 2, but they were mostly mixed with either white or something else. This shows how we don't mentor the youth. Asian invasion- can someone verify the validity of this since the Chinese poster in the thread said what he did about the site being problematic but still feels a need to interfere in black issues - there was an Asian black panther party and an Asian woman held Malcolm x

During the civil rights era there were, like the Japanese lady that held malcom x when he was shot or the asian black Panthers. But similar to other minorities like Italians Lebanese etc, asians were accepted to mainstream america aka acceptance from whites aka supporting racism by proxy. So because of that mainstream acceptance, I think that's why you see less of that. At least that's my opinion as to why.
