CW knows damn well they don't have the budget to do a decent Metal Men show.

SUPERMAN & LOIS Pilot Script Leak Reveals Which DC Comics Characters Appear In The CW Series
173076.jpg

Details from the script for the pilot episode of Superman & Lois have reportedly found their way online, and we now have intel on the Man of Steel's TWO children as well as some of the supporting cast...

Thanks to Primetimer, information from the Superman & Lois pilot script has found its way online which seemingly sheds some light on what we can expect from The CW's next DC Comics series.

For starters, the characters who were code-named "Matthew" and "Ethan" are, in fact, the children of Clark Kent and Lois Lane. However, where as one of them is indeed Jonathan Kent (previously described as an "all-star athlete type"), the other isn't Damian Wayne as some fans theorized.

Instead, he's the newly created Jordan Kent. Neither of the boys know that their father is Superman and they may or may not have powers. Common sense says they will, though, and as well as following the Man of Steel's journey, we'll no doubt follow their respective transformations into superheroes...unless one of them decides to go down a slightly darker path, of course!

Lois will be working at The Daily Planet when Superman & Lois begins but Clark has been laid off. Lana Lang will also factor into the proceedings as a banker in Smallville who has two daughters with her husband Kyle Cushing. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like their relationship is a good one.

Martha Kent is still alive (her husband Jonathan is not) and General Sam Lane will make an appearance. He knows Clark's secret so will presumably be an ally to his son-in-law. Finally, the pilot reportedly introduces an enemy called "The Stranger" whose true identity will be revealed be the end of the episode.

Sounds pretty good, right?

The CW's upcoming Superman & Lois has found the couple's Super Sons, as Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin join the Arrowverse series as the couple's young sons.

Deadline reports Elsass will play Jonathan, who is described as "clean-cut, modest and kind-hearted, with an aw-shucks attitude that somehow doesn’t seem dated." Garfin will portray Jordan, who is "wildly intelligent, but his mercurial temperament and social anxiety limits his interactions with people, and consequently, Jordan prefers to spend most of his free time alone, playing video games." The site also reports that Jonathan and Jordan are believed to be twins

Elsass’ Jonathan is clean-cut, modest and kind-hearted, with an aw-shucks attitude that somehow doesn’t seem dated. Garfin’s Jordan is wildly intelligent, but his mercurial temperament and social anxiety limits his interactions with people, and consequently, Jordan prefers to spend most of his free time alone, playing video games.

Written by Helbing, based on the DC characters created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, Superman & Lois revolves around superhero Superman and journalist Lois as they deal with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.

Lois Lane’s pregnancy was revealed in last season’s Arrowverse crossover, Elseworlds. By the start of this season’s Crisis on Infinite Earths five-part event, the Kents were a family of three with the addition of their infant son, Jon. in Part 3 of Crisis, Lois, Clark and their baby were wiped out by the Anti-Monitor. The universe was eventually saved — and reset — with changes. They included Superman and Lois having two teenage boys in a post-Crisis world.

The development was revealed in the final Part 5 of of Crisis on Infinite Earths, which set up Superman & Lois. In it, Lois called Clark, asking him to get to Metropolis right away. “It’s the boys,” she said. Your sons.”

Get the fukk out of here with this bullshyt. You will never recapture the magic that was Lois and Clark back in the 90's. Do you know how difficult it is to make a romcom Superman and still have a fairly menacing Lex Luthor?

They got kids. I don’t think they are trying to replicate the romcom formula.

Probably going to be on the Honey I shrunk the kids vibe.
