It's shytty how they're cutting corners getting the universe set up.
The pay off will be greater if they set things up properly.
But right now it's looking real sus.
The order they're releasing these movies in isn't helping.

I feel like SS should've dropped after Ben's Batman movie, especially if it has Joker in it.

Movie is good overall

I wanted to love this movie

But
On some real shyt this script sucked

I loved most of the characters

I wished the Joker was in it more

The main villain was kinda wack
How she have all that power but one point
Was fighting hand to hand combat



MARVEL movies got me spoiled expecting humor throughout the movie
Cause this movie seemed like they tried to make it funny
But the funny parts weren't really funny

Dead shot and Harley Quin made the movie worth while

Flag's Southern accent sucked



The movie seemed like they cut a lot of scenes out

Movie seems rushed

But I still enjoyed it


I would watch again

*I want a dead shot movie

looks horrible
With 2 cacs staring in a movie about fukking China during that era

The whole time I watched I kept thinkin OG Expendables+Batman TAS+Rocky Horror on acid...Add in Margot as Harley sexy nutty ass plus Killer Croc, Diablo and Will's Deadshot and now I can't wait to add this to my valut

Movie was dope, I came in expecting it to be trash, but I don't see what all the fuss is about. 20x's the movie BvS was for sure. My only issue worth making a fuss about was the boss battle at the end. I like how this transitions to Justice League. I don't see how people came into this expecting it to be a damn Nolan masterpiece. Appreciate the film for what it is

Nolan worked his ass off and has vision but I think by DK Rises his shyt went too "real world" for me... It worked the 1st two times because we hadn't see a comic book piece done that way, but by 3 I was missin the fantasy, the colours.. hell just feelin like we did when Burton dropped his versions and SS brought it all back

Nolan can't do "real world" superhero movies with Super powered characters. He's a "practical" director like Ayer, which is why the CG was off.

See, when I saw Bane all I kept picturing was Frank Miller's version and the book Knightfall...Right there is when I was like ok we need a twist on these comic book flicks which reminds me I need to watch Deadpool asap lol

I agree with everything said. Despite sucky script lines at some points, odd pacing, and some plot holes at the end (the hand to hand combat, the brother not just blasting them to liquid, etc come on now ) I enjoyed it

I'm not into writing fantasy scripts or whatever, but here's how I think the first 50% or so of the movie could have easily been like, so they could have done some more character development and storytelling while keeping it "fun":
