There’s a group of people extremely dedicated to saving the theater experience
I’m not extremely against it and believe people should choose

Idk I get it but if a world premiere exclusive movie is up for streaming same day I'm staying home and enjoying it...:heh: it's difficult to be out right now with All these people...:hhh:

Breh this is the best time ever to go to the movies. I've been going since they opened up here last summer. There's never more than 4 other people in the theater no matter what it is. Reserved seating. Buffer seats. Sanitizer and wipes everywhere. No obnoxious moviegoers . No people talking or on their phone :blessed:

I saw a movie yesterday there were 2 others. And 1 walked out halfway through.

And how was it?!?:dahell:
you have a giant screen pretty much to yourself if you go in the afternoon (2-3PM)
these theaters are ghost towns, 2 at most working the concessions, no box office anymore, pay for your ticket at the kiosk or at concessions
For SS, it was just me (sat in the middle) and a couple that sat up at the top, 3 folks had the whole theater to ourselves
For Old, there was actually more people (6 or 7) but everyone had 2 seats between each other
The other movies I've seen since they opened back up, no more than 5-6 people in the theater

The music industry figured it out with streaming and are setting yearly records so movies will follow soon enough. Theatrical releases are an old paradigm so here comes the shift.
The problem though is that the movie theaters and talent are strong arming them
I think the talent will come to. they just have to make better deals with them.
The movie theaters though will fight until their last breath
As an amcsqueeze stockholder i need them alive for a little bit longer :pachaha:

I believe them 20-30 million a picture deals bout to dissappear. Which will give the studios a measure a power back.

No. You should never watch the first one. I can’t was to see this Tuesday in theaters though.

The first one wasn't THAT bad, if they let Ayers make that shyt rated R it would have been dope asf. Deadshot and Harley stole the show...:ehh:

Yeah i don’t know where this extreme hate for the first one came from
Will smith is good and has the best joke in the entire movie
“I want her in an Ivy League. Harvard, Yale, Cornell whatever. Even if her grades aren’t good just white people that shyt.”:russ:
Enchantress had a good dynamic
Katana speaking Japanese and just hating being there the whole time.
The things I didn’t like were black killer croc :rudy: and the joker plot that lead to nothing

It was in my opinion one of the worst things I’ve ever seen. The editing was so fukking bad. Yeah if they had given Ayers full control it would’ve been better. He deaded all that Ayers cut stuff knowing it wouldn’t fukk with Gunn’s version
