She has a good relationship with some lame now so it worked out for the best for all parties . I was way too cerebral for her and would've fucced her head up. That situation is a headache not worth giving yourself.

I've slept with five coworkers, one of which was my team lead back in a summer job during college. Never had any issues, granted two of them were already in relationships, themselves. I'm more surprised at how guys don't end up inevitably sleeping with coworkers. Not knocking you, either. Take a lot of restraint given how accessible & easy it is. I'm married and split time between a psych practice & hospital.
