Thuggery has a tendency to implode on itself....

They will reconcile...but they will take it to the limit. Metta is not going out like Willie Lump Lump. Shump has a lot of heart and Metta will attempt to son him. I am not sure if Shump can or will be subordinate to Ron forever....at least not in the heat of battle, during intense practices with mega-trashtalking.

Metta called Shump one of the best 2 guards in the league in a recent interview. He seems like the type to always want a loyal circle to the point where he'd figuratively catch a body for whoever he is fukking with.

So say Shump gets fouled dirty during a regular season game with no call...

Honestly....trash-talking enhances your game, if that is how you grew up playing. Shump may indeed have a breakout year if he was really internalizing his aggression.

From experience.... I moved away from NY and had to drop the trash-talk from my game because I was in unfamiliar neigborhoods...part of my game died after that and my play suffered. It kills your enthusiasm.

True story!!! When I moved down south from NY I kept bumping heads and almost getting into fights on the court and had to tone it down, fukked my game up a bit.

Men down south were not having all that talk. They took it personal. It got too dangerous to continue. It was not worth it. I had too many goals to accomplish. I fell back.
