I started at 150 no muscle what so ever in april. Bulked up to 160 with preworkout, 100g protein a day, and creatine.

Cut back down to 150 all muscle on a strict diet of Oatmeal for breakfast. PBJ and a banana for lunch, and a grill chicken salad for dinner straight for like 3 months.

Now I dont take anything as far as powders or shakes I just lift 6days a week.

The GOAT cutting meals. I've been eating those on IF. :wow:

Went through a lot of shyt including doing a lot of drugs and unhealthy eating and lost a lot of weight. Hit the gym starting November 2018 using basically whey protein as a supplement. Now about 5'11 180

Looking now to bulk up to about 190. I'm pretty happy so far with how it's coming considering I'm now in my mid 40's :mjgrin:

I remember posting in this thread a couple of years ago with my progress pics..... now I’m fat.. gained 15lbs and still haven’t lost them. I plan on going on a low-carb diet with no alcohol and plenty of exercise. I need to get to 135 by mid April. I may try intermittent fasting. I just need to get myself right. 2019 will be the year I regain control over my body.
